They have amazing food but they told us the wait when we called (lies). After a 45 minute wait versus a 20 minute wait they promised, our large table had to go to 2 different tables. That is why we asked for a reservation. I get they have great food and work hard, but eating out should not be frustrating. With the crowded atmosphere and long wait it is not worth it.
