Bought a new computer and used their trade-in service for the previous model, which was in a new state. Get offer online. $735. Sent in the computer. Inspection delivered a revised $150 offer less than quoted. $585. Computer returned to beautiful box, but Costco held my original power supply $50) and the hard cover I had sent with it.
