(This review is from winter of 2022. Absolutely gorgeous presentation and delicate flavors. Elizabeth just happened to have a vegan tasting menu at the time, and I was amazed at the subtle flavors and creative touches. There were like 20 dishes or so, felt like more than the number of dishes at other tasting menus. Chef is half Korean and I love the touches of fusion he included. Also love the foraging concept of the restaurant from the original chef. Tip: surprisingly, the non-alcoholic pairing was very interesting and I thought more worthwhile than the wine pairing. Highly recommend!.
