This is the worst experience for a cruise on the chicago River. They cancel reservations at the last minute, because they probably don't have a crew. Were they help to serve meals. Very unfortunate when people come from out of town thinking they're going to be on a cruise and see what happens when Mon takes over as a guide to how they do their business.
