What Tarek El-Ghazaly likes about Orso's Italian:
The Risotto and Rigatoni were just exquisite, delicious everything and cooked to perfection. The grilled squid was probably the best we've had. On the other hand, the salad and dessert were just very underwhelming. Tried ordering food and for the third time in a row there was an issue. This time it never even showed.Tried calling the restaurant and got hung up on.I know this place has been around forever but it's extremely hard to support a local business where the customer service has gone completely downhill.
