I came here and was excited. I asked for a dirty chai latte. He asked hot or cold. I said hot. I was never read back my order. I got a cold chai. When I said I said hot, no apology. They made my replacement quickly. However there is a difference in price between the two. In remaking it they didn’t even upgrade the size.
