It was late and I found this truck next to where we were getting food so I decided to try it.There are several options but you can also make your own! Which is what I did.I wanted something simple so I got a regular bubble waffle with cookies and cream ice cream with whipped cream and condensed milk and lotus.I loved the waffle but I didn't like the ice cream, it wasn't the best quality.
