Good experience here! My husband ordered our pizza online. It said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. When I arrived, it was waiting for me. It was already paid for, so I just signed and left. I gave up an order. paid with card. pizzahütte says they had not received my order. my card was charged plus an additional $9. I'll call her. they are unclear and just say that they have not received my order. they have no idea how to get my money back or eat that I have ordered and paid for. No one can help.
