First time I went to the drive thru the line was wrapped around the building and not moving at all. Second time, they were closed but the hours said they should've been open. I finally got to order today: line was short and they were just as quick as any fast food place. The food was perfect, just as good as it was before they closed and they got my order right. They are soooooo slow. I'm not sure what was taking so long to get 2 meals. I just don't understand why people stay in line waiting for food for so long. I thought McDonald's was slow and this steak n shake location takes the #1 spot for slowness. I will not be back until they figure out how to move faster. I don't care if the food is good, the service is super stupid slow. View all feedback.
