The lady on the late shift was so nice and she showed concern for her customers. We also went to Buffalo Wild wings and it was horrible here in Cincinnati. I would never go back there, the waitress wasn't polite at all and she rushed us to order took forever to help us. The 'BELL GRANDE ' is NO LONGER 'GRANDA '. WHAT FEW chips that were in the BOX were hot salted just right..NO SOUR CREAM..VERY FEW TOMATOES OR BEEF.
