We had the tasting menu and we rolled out of the restaurant like we had eaten the entire menu, so very filling dishes for this option. Regarding taste, however, we felt a bit underwhelmed. The dairy options probably taste better, but the vegan versions still tasted fine, just not the level of complexity we'd expect from the prices. During the initial phase of their vegetarian journey they offered a degustation with watermelon sashimi which was DIVINE! Not sure if it's still on the degustation menu, but I wish it was on the A La Carte... The corn snack/share option is super delish if you like corn on the cob, and the shiitake dumplings were good (ask for the sauce on the side if you're at ALL iffy about spice level).
