The service was extremely slow. Despite being a gold card Jamie's card holder, it was not explained to us that you had to have a main course in oder to get the glass of free prosecco. The greeter was surly dismissive but our waiter was friendly. However there were only 2 waiters for the entire floor. The food was average but tasteless.
