Didn't sit for a meal here (I'm vegan), but came to pick up some wine to bring home to the states. I asked for a recommendation and was given a taste of Los Cactus Malbec Roble. It was a little oxidized, but I could tell...the underlying flavor was rich, full, chocolatey and fruit-forward. I bought 3 bottles and wish I could've brought a whole case back to the states! I went to this place yesterday as part of a trekking and rapelling excursion I booked through my hostel. First, the waitress gave us the wrong empanadas (I do not eat beef). The food itself could have been better, too. The salad was just fair, lettuce was dry and the carrot was really crunchy.
