Place was clean, and staff was friendly. Pho was decent, but the fried egg rolls looked like they took some egg rolls from like costco, fried them and called it good. My wife tried the taro smoothie with Boba. However it didn't look like any taro I've had. It was white, and tasted chalky like a protein shake.
