Made an order, took over an hour and a half, had to phone to find out where it was, to be told it was on its way. Once it arrived, the food was stone cold and tasted awful. When I phoned up to say, the reaction from the place, was that it was my opinion, no apology for the lateness, no apology for the food being stone cold.
