Our old server from taco asado was there and we felt like at home and worth the 40-minute drive from Palm Springs to Coachella. Best tripa tacos slightly crunchy yet tender. Salsa was fresh and had a kick without being overwhelming. So delicious and the beans were my 3 years old favorite. My mother was happy with her lengua in salsa verde and she got her Jumbo flour tortilla. read more.
