These 5 stars are for the barista, Ginger, at the Appleway location. She has made me the best protein shakes I have ever had and her customer service is excellent. She is kind to every customer even when she is busy and she engages in conversation with a smile. I have gone to my fair share of coffee stands where the baristas are rude and this is so refreshing! Pretty unhappy with coming as often as I have and just have a bad experience after another. Always ask for light ice- always get a cup full and only a few sips of the coffee I'm paying for. I don't mind having to repeat my order like I always do- but an so disappointed with how often my drinks are made wrong.... I was told they worry about speed over everything...
