Steak was still half frozen . Re-cook morphed into overly well done. Getting food took an hour. Waitress was unattentive, spending loads of time talking to guys and people she apparently knew. My guests caught her eye rolling at least three times. We felt forgotten and treated as though we were bothering her to do her job.
