Almost 5 stars. The food is great, the concept is really cool, and service was pretty good too. It was just slightly too complicated to get it all exactly right. Somehow the sides didn't all get added, the drinks were in different places, maybe there's a learning curve that gets better. Feels a little like how Panera is too complicated.
