De passage en Alsace nous avons tenté le burger alsacien et ses frites maison. Tout cela n'avait aucun goût, aucun intérêt. De même pour la tarte au fromage blanc en dessert, sans goût et avec une texture médiocre. Je n'ai d'ailleurs pris que deux frites je ne sais pas d'où viennent ses pommes de terre poudreuses mais j'ai trouvé ça atroce, comment peut-on rater des frites...
