Leider haben wir uns für den Tages-Hit, das Cordon Bleu mit Münsterkäse entschieden. Das Cordon Bleu war schlicht ungeniessbar. Die Panade war zu trocken und hatte die Farbe Sumpfbraun. Beim ersten Schnitt tropfte ein Blut-Käse-Gemisch aus dem Stück ... und was mit dem Fleisch schief lief, können wir uns auch nicht erklären.
