I feel like the egg wasn’t a good soft boil and didn’t meet the expectations of a typical ramen egg, which would be brown on the outside and white on the inside after being marinated in a soy sauce mirin mixture, also the broth wasn’t up to the mark it just tasted like miso soup and not a broth.
