Complimentary warmed chips and salsa. Salsa was good and slightly spicy with diced sweet onion. Service was friendly and attentive. Birria tacos were alright, not much onion or cilantro and shell was toasted flour tortilla. Dipping sauce was seasoned well and hearty. Beans were good, rice was so-so.
