After having technical issues with an E-gift card, Russel was very nice and helped me right away and even increased the gift card value (too kind! and left it for me to pick up. Staff was lovely and many asked if I needed assistance when I walked in! I will say I have eaten here before and the food and service was very good, will have to come back again soon! Patty melt dripping with oil. Patty appeared to be one of the froze ones. Totally not eatable. Manger agreed and comped the meal. He offer a piece of peach pie the manager then came back and said it was not available. The manager then offered a different pie.
