shows the beat coffee in the irmo, I dare to say in whole columbia. coffee is roasted in the house and it shows. the personal is super helpful and very polite. while I wish they served a harder farewell what they offer was good. this was the first time I went here and I was very surprised, one of the better cups I had in a long time. not complaining. my complaint focuses on customer service, not on the quality of the product, because we have gone out. it was our first time there, and there were two people in the line. when they left with their things, they did not tell us that we were not in the order (we thought that when they welcomed a regular order) we were moved over to the order line, stood there and still no word from the THREE staff, one of whom was right...
