Today we had a very unpleasant dining experience at Applebee’s in Columbus, MS. Our waitress was not attentive. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks(water). We did not have silverware or napkins. The manager delivered our appetizer and we asked for utensils. We were not given small plates for appetizers so we ended up cutting our food on the one and only napkin.
