We both had bison burgers and were very pleased with the quality, size and deliciousness. They were cooked correctly and I believe the best ground bison I have ever had. Food was quite good and while it took a while to receive our food that was not the reason for the poor service rating. The server was completely inattentive. She had plenty of time to play on her phone and chat with the bartenders, but couldnât check in or ask if we wanted another drink.
