The food has always been good but the way they resolved a mistake with an online order left a lot to be desired. I used their website to place a takeout order. When I got home I realized 1 of the 4 items ordered was missing. It took 10 mins on the phone to get them to refund my credit card (they initially offered a credit towards a future online order).
