What User doesn't like about Uprise Taproom:
Came to the coati location 5/20 between 2-am and 4pm. I specifically asked the bartender not to charge my card and that I was going to pay cash. When I was done I paid cash, told him to keep the change and he didn't give me a receipt. I was charged for the visit again on my card that night. Dude was about 6'2 short hair and beard.
