Our visit to the Pagoda was for a special occasion, 'High Tea' for my Grandmother's birthday. The High Tea was one of the best I've had in Perth. The food was delicious and fresh, and the hot finger food was actually hot! The scones amazing! The plates were plentiful, making it really good value dining.
