We were looking for an old fashioned egg breaky within walking distance of our house and hadn't been to Smitty's since the new owners took over so decided to check it out. We were happy to see that the standard breakfast fare was still on the menu. Our waitress was one of the original staff under the former ownership and her service was top notch! The restaurant has changed significantly in the past couple years since new owners took over. The ambiance used to be so much fun and revolved with the seasons...a lot of extra work, yes, so it is understandable to reduce that extra chore. Most importantly though is the food is not as good, not cooked as well, less of it and just so so. View all feedback.
