two of the royal milk tea drinks ordered, they were extremely watered. when I exchanged the drink for 2 different, the manager said I should wait in the line. I waited for him for 20 minutes to tell me. I'm sorry that we don't exchange drinks here (same manager btw). When I told him the drinks were very watered and unimaginable, he still said he couldn't help me. Then why should I wait in the line? View all feedback.
