This starbucks has struggles with staffing, but that being said, the staff in this store are cheerful and friendly. They always make my drink correctly and in a timely manner. The parking situation is really tough, but that isn't on the employees.All in all an absolute delight to come in. Store Manager Sera and Shift Z in particular really made my visit awesome. All of the negative reviews are true. I'm also not one to post negative reviews. But, this location has regular staffing issues and it's been this way for years. I put in a mobile order one time and it wasn't ready for over 2 hours! It's the worst parking lot in town. The police sit out front and pull over anyone making a wrong turn out of the parking lot.
