I am Japanese and didn't expect to have real Japanese style gyoza in Cebu until I visited Gyoza Howdy!!Price is extremely reasonable. 10 peso per piece. You can't find cheaper gyoza in other restaurant in Cebu Most probably, you need to pay three times in other restaurant for less delicious gyoza at least.Their special fried chicken is also awsome.
