The proprietor from Southern India but well travelled takes great pride in his dishes. He uses imported Aussie lamb and for his dishes. Have eaten at many Indian Restaurants and rate his dishes amongst the best ever tasted. According to my partner his Naan Bread made the traditional way is to die for.
