Kirsten’s place is bustling with regular customers, and for good reason: there is a large selection of vegetarian and vegan foods — when I was there, she had lentil salad, butter beans, a baked dairy cheese pasta, a few other pastas, and a multitude vegetable salads and veg/grain salads.
