We ordered two koobideh from here for the first time through uber eats. One of the dishes, the meat was definitely undercooked and had pink/uncooked parts inside. We sent a picture of this to uber eats and they said they will notify the restaurant. How inexperienced are your cooks that they don't even know when the meat is fully cooked?
