An excellent experience. All the more amazing given its location in Alaska. The food was excellent and was ready quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was definitely unique as you get your food from a bus that was turned into a food truck. Luckily, they do have indoor seating available in a separate (but semi-attached) structure. Well, the reality of this place is that the preparation of their food has nothing to do with Mexican food, what is cooked here is a very bad version of Mexican food, by the way, very poorly prepared and tasteless, but that is super face.
