Pretentious statement of an older french man who tried many (fancy or not) restaurants in his life, (you want a real 5 courses dinner try the menu degustation at le bernardin in NYC). Repulsive decoration and atmosphere the chef suceeds in 3 hours to avoid eye contact with his customers in a tiny ugly space. Food was OK, not out of this world.
