What Scene set doesn't like about Costa:
Shame staff were pleasant and cappuccino’s (dry) were ok but this outlet needs a refurb. Just looked tired, dated and a little grubby. We had intended to sit out on a little patio area at the rear (which overlooks the harbour) but it again just looked grubby and the open external stairs (which admittedly were not for customer use) had what looked likes years of accumulated litter.
