As a family of 8 we walked from St Ives to Carbis Bay and decided to have a drink at the beach house restaurant which is part of the Carbis bay hotel. All I can say is for the price of 2 drinks each it was an absolute rip off. For the cost I would expect the service to be impeccable but the 2 male waiters/bar staff on duty were so rude and unfriendly. We won't be visiting again. read more.
