Ok. Want to stay neutral until I have tried a couple other things on the menu. I had the Striploin $12.98 after tax. I was particularly intrigued by pickled papaya and in truth it was the hilite of the plate and there wasn 't nearly enough of it. Either there was too much rice, or not enough garlic.
