After I first met WildEdges offers at a bar in Telluride, I was antsy to make the trek to Cortez to taste more of what they brewed. The taproom is quiet, relaxed and full of mountain scenery/pictures. The small terrace outside offers more seats in an unspoiled environment, something reminiscent of a city café. What Don T doesn't like about Wildedge Brewing Collective:
We have been here many times actually met the owner. We have a licensed service dog and they are familiar at the brewery with his certification and have actually checked his current license status. Today we were refused service for the first time in over thirty years. Unfortunately this is a violation of Colorado law. On top of being refused service the gentleman was extremely rude.
