This location in particular absolutely sucks. Dirty place, and unprofessional staff. My personal experience was with one of my coworkers, who ordered food that we waited over 5 minutes for (even though we were the only ones there) and you could watch the staff mess around and drag out the process of getting our order done from the front lobby. Always excellent custard. They need to learn some efficiently procedures from Chick FIL A or so...
