Very sad how this place can 't be consistent. The sue chef needs to make sure that their prep cooks cut their carrots and cucumbers. julienne . Show them how to use a mandolin... Because these cuts are horrible and inconsistent. Every Mendocinos farm is different. And the carrots weren 't even pickled. Also since when does a banh mi have thai basil ? This was bad.
