We visit the farm shop once a week and buy a lot from them for our daily needs which includes vegetables, fruit, cheese and other things like buckwheat noddles, bin bags. It should be so good but it’s not. There is always a queue for food and the staff seem a bit hapless and seem to have little initiative but I feel maybe they are not allowed to. Having had a poor experience a few times I would put this down to poor training and management.
