We purchased a pig from a farmer local to us. He selected Stoddard’s to do the processing. Cuts were labeled poorly, and some even mislabeled. Pork shoulder mislabeled as a fresh ham really screwed up our Christmas dinner plans, as well as planning for freezer meals throughout the year.
