A huge thanks to Trisha and the team for providing me and my family with such a lovely Sunday lunch last week! I contacted Trisha a few days ahead about a vegan option and she pulled out all the stops and made me a vegan apricot nut roast with a tomato coulis and load of veg, which was DIVINE!
