First impressions go a long way... Azul y Oro Histórico and Azul y Oro CCU (at the UNAM Cultural Center) are good restaurants. Azul y Oro Ingeniería (also within the university campus) not so much. Or maybe they are all getting worse, since their creator and founder, multi-awarded chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita is not around to supervise quality.
