We booked this venue for a wedding in April 2020. We had to delay the wedding due to COVID twice. The second time we tried to delay the wedding, they would only allow us to do so if we paid 50% more. And they only offered us dates in the summer (hurricane season in NOLA). When we told them we couldn’t pay more and we had to cancel, they refused to give us ANY refund.
